DRC has complete, in-house publishing capabilities to prepare and publish test forms and booklets on paper or electronically. Our in-house printing presses allow us to print both scannable and non-scannable documents. We also have variable intelligent printing (VIP) capability, and we provide complete distribution and receiving services.

Document Design
An easy-to-read, easy-to-use test document is an essential element of a well-designed testing program. Our publications department is staffed by experienced desktop publishers, graphic designers, and editing professionals. Publication professionals work to develop test formats that meet state requirements and get students fully engaged in the tests in order to get the best possible measure of their abilities.

Whatever the project calls for—graphics creation, automatic layout, automatic document and book assembly, complete revision tracking, and publishing to the web—we meet the requirements. We work with multiple file formats and platforms so that data file conversion is hassle-free.

Custom Scannable Forms Printing
Many statewide testing projects rely on scannable documents. We have established in-house printing capabilities in order to produce dependable scannable forms. We provide full in-house design, typesetting, prepress, and printing capabilities.

Variable Data Printing
High-speed digital printing provides tremendous opportunities for customized personal communications. Our laser-printing department provides accurate, high-quality black and white printing and the ability to print highlight color.

Custom Finishing & Distribution
Our operations department has the capacity to meet all distribution requirements. We routinely package tests by grade, school, and district, and ship to a central location or to individual schools. Our receiving processes are among the most exacting in the industry. They are designed with an understanding that receiving is the first step in accurate, secure test processing.
