The Zerco BVS System Solution enables rapid card authentication and cardholder biometric verification using secure optical memory cards. An Inspection Agent can perform a full biometric verification in less than four seconds, or as an option, the Zerco BVS System Solution can be set up as a self-service kiosk in a controlled supervised environment. Full biometric verification includes authenticating the ID credential, reading and displaying the ID data (demographics, face, fingerprint) on the monitor, indicating the ID verification result of the fingerprint matching based on user defined threshold levels, and returning the card to the Inspection Agent.

Alternatively, when used in kiosk mode or hand held devices the system can perform a high-speed ID verification in less than one second. This process includes authenticating Permanent Resident (Green Cards), Laser Boarder Crossing visa's, by reading the biometric template, validating the fingerprint match, and returning the card.

ZSI2002 BVS Enrollment System is designed to support multiple component configuration and communication connectivity.
