Description
Tech Connections is a staffing and technology outsourcing company that provides skilled, qualified personnel and personalized, flexible technology solutions from concept to completion. Tech Connections’ candidate screening process is largely responsible for its success.
Every active applicant in our database has completed the following steps:
1) two interviews, one for general work ethic and objectives and a second one for technical expertise;
2) skills testing utilizing our state-of-the-art, web-based software which has over 500 validated tests (available tests can be viewed at http://www.techconnections.info/testsavail.cfm);
3) a minimum of two employment references are contacted; and
4) a criminal background check is run, as well as credit and driving checks, by request.
Nobody goes to work on a project or in either a temporary or permanent job until we can guarantee they are qualified to do an excellent job. We offer an unconditional four-hour guarantee on all temporary employees and a six-week guarantee on permanent placements (see our brochures or website for details).
We are prepared to fill any type of technical position because if we do not have enough qualified people on file to meet our clients’ needs, we do additional recruiting and screening (at our expense), until we find them.
Tech Connections is a division of Career Connections, Inc., a locally owned and operated, full-service staffing firm which has been providing the best talent available to Southeastern Ohio employers for over 13 years.
